Because the Vindicator is not a Tank, the main guns are not designed to be used on the move. Thus it is necessary to secure them during transit. Here you see one of the hydraulic arms used to secure the guns in its lowered position.

Here is the same arm, raised and clamping the gun assembly.

On the other side, an identical arm prevents the turret from turning during maneuvers.

Here we see an Aggressor Class MBT next to a Vindicator, showing the clear similarities in the design of the newer model.

As you will see here, the Vindicator is substantially wider than its MBT cousin.

Here we see a Vindicator undergoing tests on the frozen slopes of Victory Mountain, to the North of Tabletown City.
