BRICKTIONARY

By permission of James Stacey, fellow AFOL, and his Minifig website, I present a glossary of terms as used by AFOLs in the UK and around the world. This is LEGO "slang" that you might hear in typical conversations. Thanks James for allowing me to put a copy here and for much of the original text.

I aim to keep this updated, if a phrase or word is missing, please contact me or post a suggestion in the Tabletown Forums.

Tumble Dryer
New style of 1x1 brick with stud on the side. Not to be confused with a Washing Machine as it has no indentation on the stud side and no hole at the rear. See also Ross and Poorross (I accept no responsibilit if your head explodes when you read the second one).

Twelve
Shorthand term for describing the 12 volt train system.
"Yeah, I picked up some wicked twelve the other day…gonna set up, sit in one place and control the action from all these switches, like some kind of god."
