This is the official ENTRIES thread for the Terror in Tabletown competition. Please do not post rules queries here. Rules queries should be posted here.  * * * Announcing the "Terror in Tabletown" vignette competition, sponsored by Minifig For Life. Minifig For Life, official UK retailer of Brickarms have offered two fabulous prizes to the lucky winners of a competition to build the best vignette that depicts "Terror in Tabletown". There are two categories: a) Best use of LEGO elements. b) Most novel use of Brickarms weapons. * * * Dr. S.

Oh,Seems I'm first up.  Well,here's my entry. I provided a backstory too. As two soldiers ran for their lives,a loud blast and a flash of light split the air. One soldiers was thrown feet into the air as the grenade exploded in front of him. The second soldier kept running as he heard the sound of something metal hit the grass behind him. knowing all too well what it was,his heart feeling as though it would burst from his chest,he knew that he had a second to get as far from the grenade as possible......http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=350015The link won't be public straight away. No prob,Dr S. I'm a really down-on-my-luck contest person(I never do well,no matter how hard I try  ),but i tried as hard as I could on this vig. Try the link now,it's working! EDIT: I want this to be in Category 1,if that's OK....

My entry.  Rioting teenagers terrorize Tabletown, using molotov cocktails and uzis. The police force is in full flight. This creation is built on a SNOT base with the same size as an 8x8 brick. No Brickarms parts are included. Brickshelf once public.

I am not eligible for a prize in my own competition, but this is my entry nonetheless.  The true face of terror in Tabletown. But who are the terrorists now? Dr. S.

Nice entry Dr. S. Maybe it would be even more terrifying, if the hair was pointing to make it so they were looking at the camera/viewer. Still really great entry.
Mine is nearly done, and i'm happy with it so far. I'd say it'll qualify for both categories, but thats really up to you judges.

A quick entry for me. "Planet Terror... in Tabletown"  I think this fits in category 2.
