No, he's on the deck so he can head back in and drink/dive in some hot chocolate. His arms are up because he's freakin' out excited.

We're Back!! Day 14 Yeah, I took this yesterday, when it wasn't sunny.  And yes, that is the soldier still currently lost. Also the lighting fixture has still yet to be recovered.  Soldier: Well sir, our Frozen Precipitation capturing devise is up and running, and we should have enough snow cream to feed Bricktainia 3 times over! Sig-Fig: Well, that is awesome. Let's go get some hot chocolate now. Soldier: Yes Sir!
