The Vigil Class Amphibious Supply Truck - now studless.

As part of my modernisation and upgrade of the Tabletown Army, the Vigil is now a studless creation!  I had a bit of a debate with myself as to whether or not to make the passenger/freight area studless, but went with it anyway.
